Vintage Italian PRAN Ice Bucket & 6 Glasses – 1970s Space Age Barware Set

Vintage Italian PRAN 1970s Space Age Ice Bucket & Six Glasses in Amber Glass and INOX Stainless Steel
The glamour of Italian Space Age design comes brilliantly to life in this complete 1970s barware set by PRAN, where rich amber glass meets polished INOX stainless steel in a striking combination of colour, geometry and function.

Strong cylindrical forms define the design, with each amber glass vessel seated within a sleek INOX base. The warm translucency of the glass contrasts beautifully with the cool reflective metal, while the cooler is finished with a geometric rectangular swing handle that reinforces the architectural character of the set.

The INOX bases are more than a decorative feature. By raising the glass away from the tabletop, the metal creates a practical barrier between the chilled vessel and the surface beneath. Its resistance to moisture, staining and corrosion also made stainless steel particularly well suited to barware — an elegant example of function becoming part of the design itself.

Comprising six matching glasses and a handled ice bucket / bottle cooler, the seven pieces form a wonderfully cohesive Italian Space Age barware set. Both the glasses and cooler are marked PRAN to the underside.

Perfect for a home bar, drinks trolley or cocktail table, the amber glass brings warmth to a modern interior while the polished INOX gives the set a distinctly sculptural presence. Equally striking displayed together when not in use, it is a beautiful piece of Italian 1970s design for a Mid-Century Modern or Space Age interior.
